Galaxy Pilot Control Panel

The Galaxy Pilot Control Panel is a remote panel that receives information from the Galaxy and will control the fans and door position at a remote setting.  The Galaxy Panel requires a special U5_Pilot software to activate this feature.

The Galaxy sends out the Mode and current Setpoint.  The Pilot will respond only to Shutdown, Cooling, and Timed.  All other Galaxy modes will be referred to as Standby on the Pilot.  During Cooling the Pilot will turn on the fans and produce a 4-20ma output to modulate and control the door for the Galaxy Setpoint.  For Shutdown and Standby the fans will be turned off and the 4-20ma output to stay at 4ma and keep the door closed.

The Pilot has its own Plenum sensor and will produce a Sensor Alarm if the sensor goes out of range.  The fans will shut off, and the door will close.

If communication is lost, a Com. Fail alarm will occur on the Pilot and the fans will shut off and the door will close.

The remote door requires a second Low Temp sensor and will cause the Galaxy to go into a low temp shutdown.
